The Humeral Shaft External Fixator is a modular, Hoffman-type system designed for the management of complex humeral shaft fractures, including open fractures, comminuted injuries, and cases requiring temporary or definitive stabilisation. The system provides rigid fixation through a combination of percutaneous pins and connecting rods, allowing early mobilisation and reducing complications associated with prolonged immobilisation.

Rigid and light
